What file type do I need to provide initially?
You need to provide us with your single-page file in Adobe PDF Format.
What is the maximum page and file size?
There is not a maximum page size or limit to the size of the PDF document. We offer this service on an all-inclusive fixed price, regardless of the brochure size.
What do I receive back?
You receive the following deliverables:
- A Web Link to your brochure (hosted on our server for 1 year)
- A Zip Archve File containing all the files for the brochure that you can then upload to your own website and/or burn onto a CD-ROM or DVD, should you wish to do so.
Can I upload the interactive page turn brochure to my own website?
Yes. We deliver a Zip file containing the Flash and HTML files for you to seamlessly upload to your web site server should you wish to do so.
Are there any server requirements should I want to upload the files to my own website?
No. The brochure is Flash based and can be uploaded onto any hosting platform including Windows and Linux/Unix-based servers.
Is it possible to use the brochure as an offline presentation?
Yes. The files we provide can be stored locally on a PC or laptop or burned onto CD-ROM or DVD. The files do not have to sit on a website to work - they also work locally.
Does the end user need any special software to view the brochure?
No, the brochure utilises Adobe Flash. This is compatible with virtually all web browsers available on the market including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and other principal browsers.
Can I share the brochure by posting to social networking sites?
Yes. This is an in-built feature of the interactive brochure - it contains a facility for you and/or the viewer of the brochure to share with friends and colleagues on sites such as Twitter and Facebook on a single mouse click.
Do you charge any monthly or annual fees?
No. The price is all inclusive.
How can I pay?
Online: We take secure online payments through Paypal. You can use Paypal to pay out of an existing Paypal account or by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex or Solo. At no time do we see any credit/debit card information - All card payments are processed securely on the Paypal secure site. We can also take payments by BACS bank transfer (contact us for BACS payment details)
Offline: We can also take payments by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Wise Monkey Design Studio Ltd" and posted to Wise Monkey Design Studio, 25 Marine Park Mansions, Wellington Road, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 2NP. In the event of a cheque payment, we will begin the job once the cheque clears and we have received the PDF file.
